Never bothered to submit most of my friends medical records and didn't bother to tell her that they couldn't pursue it through Fed Ct if needed, totally dropped the ball and left her hanging

Very Negative I spoke to Jim who sold me a sales pitch got my families hopes up for some assistance. when he found out my daughter is only 25 he dismissed her saying he was not interested in her case. I offered to pay what ever retainer would be necessary to get her through this process. Jim told me the firm did not work that way only for 25% of settlements. Read your Web page no where does it say you will only help for 25% of large settlements. Your web pages is dishonest. I would put negative stars if available

The firm was excellent about walking me through the process of disability application and what was needed for my appeals. I was updated by the firm on the status of my claim and when the date for my appeal hearing. Matt spent time with me going over my information and what to expect. His kindness and understanding for my situation made a difficult time easier.
