Not very responsive to client's needs in timely manner. 😓😞

John Bena was referred to us by another attorney, who we approached, but he did not specialize in Workman’s Compensation cases. We are so grateful to have had John referred to us. John Bena was actually my husband’s attorney for a fall he had at work in February 2015. When we were introduced to John in February 2016, he explained a lot about himself and his background and then he asked my husband what he wanted. Although John didn’t have to work with me, the wife of a client, he was very accommodating. When I introduced myself to him I said “I am Patty with a ‘y’, why, because I ask a lot of questions.” I did just that. John was very gracious and answered thoroughly every question I had, answering them in layman’s terms so I could understand. John Bena is not your typical attorney, he is also like a teacher, wanting to make sure we understood every aspect so we could make an educated decision on what we (my husband) wanted to do. John is extremely knowledgeable, kind, patient and humble. However, in the courtroom he is sharp as a tack; he came prepared, was very well versed when speaking to the Judge, and advocated for us 100%. He settled my husband’s case in February 2019, and we are very pleased with the results…getting a bit more than what we had hoped for! Thank you John!!

Our experience has been phenomenal. My mom was injured at work, denied coverage and I was at my wit's end because I wasn't comfortable trying to proceed with the appeal process on our own. Everything was smooth start to finish. Excellent line of communication and through the duration of the whole process I had complete peace of mind. Powers & Caccavale are the best firm around I highly recommend them. Attorney Samuel Caccavale has handled my personal injury claim from a bad car accident in 2012. I had fractured ribs, neck and shoulder pain. My daughter and boyfriend were both injured in the 2012 car accident. Samuel Caccavale handled all three injury cases with excellence. He also handled my Workers Comp claim in 2016. I fell at work and sustained injuries to my knees and back which caused piriformis syndrome. I had radiating sciatic pain from my back down to my feet, numbness and tingling. Samuel Caccavale was personable, very informative, answered all my questions and kept me updated every step of the way. It was very comforting to have him on my side after trying deal with Occupational Health and Workers Comp on my own. He took over and decreased all the stress and anxiety related to dealing with Occupational Health and Workers Comp.

John Bena has repeatedly represented me and my family for over 25 years . Attorney Bena has been nothing but straightforward and honest with all of my cases with him .
