I was hurt pretty severely at work and my employer at the time didn’t allow me paid leave knowing that it was a permanent injury. I didn’t know what to do because I’ve never been in this situation. Sam Caccavale was referred to me and I’m forever grateful for that referral. Sam was in constant communication and he really fought for me and he did more than I thought was even possible and just a thank you isn’t enough! My family thanks you Sam.

Sam helped me from the beginning of my worker's comp case. He was always available to answer my phone calls and answer any questions that I had. It was a difficult year and a half dealing with the workers comp company. Sam was always calling and emailing them trying to get answers. It took longer than we expected, but it wasn't for Sam's lack of trying, it was always workers comp never answering. Would highly recommend Sam as your lawyer if you are needing one! Besides being a great lawyer, Sam has become a good friend of mine as well over the last year!
