Since the first time I called her firm and spoke to Natalie, I knew I had found my long-term attorney. She was very patient with answering every single one of my many questions and she explained the estate planning process in full detail. She made me feel comfortable with her from the start, she kept in full communication with me throughout the entire process and delivered everything she promised in a timely and efficient manner. I first spoke to her on December 30th, and on January 1st, a holiday, she sent me the drafts for me to review my documents, now that is complete dedication!! She was flexible in scheduling the signing of our documents on a day and time that was convenient for us due to our busy schedule. Since we did not have anyone available to be our witnesses, she even coordinated and made witnesses available for us to be able to sign our documents. When you call this office you get action. This is not a large firm with many paralegals whom clients deal with. Cathy the legal assistant is knowledgeable, respectful, and caring. Morgan Gray is an experienced attorney who has your best interest in mind. When you call to speak with him he calls back himself and explains what is occurring with your case. Morgan is knowledgeable, experienced, confident, and gets results, but most importantly he cares about his clients. I would not hesitate to refer family and friends.
