Kevin helped my sons mother and I resolve a contentious custody dispute. He was actually her lawyer not mine, but he treated me with dignity and respect the entire process and is a great guy.

Kevin Kirby was my court appointed attorney and I can not say enough about his professionalism as well as his personal interest in my case. He was very easy to talk to as well as understanding that good people make bad choices. I hope to never need a defense attorney again however if I do or any friend or family members do I can promise you Kevin Kirby will be my only choice.

I had Kevin because he was appointed by the court , he never return phone calls when he was supposed to ... Times he said he would call he never called . He lied about setting up motions and talking to people at court . He play games and gave me the runaround . I am not the first person he did this to,just look him up he's been disappointed by the bar association . If you're looking for incompetent deadbeat lawyer , then hire Kevin Kirby . If you're looking for a responsible honest hard-working lawyer , then go somewhere else ,but do not hire Kevin Kirby .

I was referred to Kevin Kirby after my father's death a month ago (veteran/policeman). My family needed my father's will to attain medical records for a malpractice case but my dad filed his will with Kevin's father, Gerald Kirby. The Kirby office directed me to Kevin saying that he had taken over his father's records. Kevin laughed over the phone while explaining to my family that they had lost my father's will and that we would have to pay another attorney for a new one before pursuing my father's case. I couldn't believe how rude his response was and the way he dismissed us so we told him that we would be seeking compensation for the will my dad paid for. In response to this Kevin had his father Gerald lie stating that they did retrieve the will and Gerald provided a phony number for us to use to attain said copy. My family found a competent lawyer and some of my father's acquaintances to take care of this but I was so appalled by Kevin Kirby's reaction and wanted people to be aware. Having to deal with such an incompetent family of lawyers really added insult to injury in coping with my father's death. My father was a great guy and all I wanted was the medical records to defend him. Because of the Kirby family we have been forced to pay again for the documentation we need. No one should have to deal with a lawyer like this. I gave him an average rating for keeping me informed but all information given was false. Do not hire
