I used Carolan recently as a mediator for my divorce process. I found her to be very knowledgeable regarding the process and the outcome was as expected. Obviously, the two parties involved have to be able to agree, to agree, in order to have everything move forward quickly. Time goes by fast during these sessions and I think I would prefer a better payment plan to know where I stand as I move forward. Overall though, the experience was pleasant with Carolan, if this kind of process can ever be pleasant.

She always seemed a bit disorganized. I feel like we had to tell her repeatedly the details of our separation agreement and still we had to send the forms back to her twice for corrections. Then we got to court and realized we were missing forms that were critical and could not be overlooked. Since it very amicable between my ex and I there was very little for Carolan to mediate. Her job was strictly to fill out the paperwork correctly for us. The fact that she did not do this doesn't give me a great deal of confidence in her abilities. She's nice enough but I wouldn't recommend her.

Carolan Hardy has represented our case for over 4 years. This has not been a typical case for a number of reasons but she has always handled the situations with the utmost degree knowledge and professionalism. She keeps us informed and updated on all matters.

I was going to handle my case on my own however because of the seriousness of the case I knew I needed an attorney. Carolan represented me and was able to get the best possible outcome, better than I could have expected. She is knowledgeable, diligent and compassionate. She thought of things I hadn't thought of. My case was very messy and she was able to cull out the details the Court needed to hear. She "gets it". I would highly recommend Carolan. She is easy to reach and very responsive to her clients needs.

Carolan is knowledgeable, compassionate and warm, she was able to keep me grounded and on point during a very difficult time. Carolan "gets it". Carolan is an excellent resource whom I could not more highly recommend. What stands our about her most is that she is a mixture of wisdom and experience in law that she practices, but also, she maintains compassion for her clients and their situations. Carolan is quick to ask the right questions, gather the necessary information, and then offer options. She is excellent at explaining legal matters in full to her clients, I never felt like I did not know what was going on, or why something was or was not happening. I love that she communicates first hand with her clients. She is very accessible and responds quickly to emails or phone calls. She handled a divorce case for me, and in doing so, exercised much patience, grace and support from start to end. She covered me legally in very important matters which I honestly never thought about, I could only think about my immediate need for divorce. Now, I know that my assets are covered not just for right now, but for the future also.
