Heidi Nadel of Cross || Nadel was the lead attorney on an amicus brief our institution filed before the MA Supreme Judicial Court. Heidi was a great help and enormously wise. We were under some pretty tight time constraints, and she worked quickly and diligently. Our amicus brief also required coordinating many different institutions, which Heidi did with grace and ease. Heidi was professional, organized, and strategic with a lot of organizations and moving parts. I found her enormously accessible, too. She took my calls and was highly responsive to my questions. Additionally, she worked well with the other lawyers, coordinating so that we were all on the same page. This case also had a public, media component. Heidi was savvy and skilled as we navigated talking to the press about this case. In a tough situation, with a complicated appeal, Heidi was calm but urgent, professional and caring. I highly recommend Heidi Nadel and would happily work with her again.
