I SPEAK WITH HIGH PRIDE WHEN I SPEAK OF OR RECOMMEND MY ATTORNEY (Jason S. Bolio) ! IF AN ATTORNEY CAN WORK MAGIC IT WOULD SURELY BE MR.BOLIO ! WHEN I FIGURED I WOULD DO AT LEAST 3-5 YEARS EASY I HIRED MR.Bolio TO JUST WORK A PLEA DEAL. I FIGURED WITH BOLIO I CAN STOP AN INDICTMENT, GET A DEAL, DO MY TIME, AND MOVE ON WITH MY LIFE. IT WAS A VERY SERIOUS CASE ! ! SOMETHING YOU MIGHT SEE IN MOVIES ! ONE PHONE CALL TO J. Bolio FROM THE POLICE STATION AND HE WAS THERE, AND MORE IMPORTANTLY AT THE ARRAIGNMENT THE NEXT MORNING. BEFORE THE COURT WAS IN SESSION HE WAS THERE FOR ME ! WAS HELD OVERNIGHT AT THE POLICE STATION. HE DID WHAT HE COULD AT STATION ! AS I WAS SEEING THAT I FELT LIKE ANYBODY WOULD THAT HAS ONE CHANCE TO LIVE AND HAS A GREAT DOCTOR DOING WHAT HE CAN ! TWO JUDGES ON THE BENCH THAT DAY, A HELL OF A POLICE REPORT THAT WAS VERY CLEAR, D.A PUSHING HARD, AND WITH JUST A FEW NOTES Bolio TOOK DOWN FROM ME (NOT EVEN AN HOUR BEFORE HE MADE WHAT SEEM TO ME TO BE MAGIC ! Patrick Donovan did a great job in guiding me through the legal process for my speeding citation. He communicated well, was extremely responsive and knowledgeable, and easy to work with. With his background and expertise within the traffic court system he was able to get my speeding ticket completely dismissed. I would strongly recommend using him in any traffic case and will definitely use his services in the future if needed. Attorney Bolio has not only represented me as a criminal defendant , but on child custody issues with my son too. And I've had nothing but a positive outcome every single time. His support and mentoring has indeed been like a brother. I was charged with Class D. The outcome ? Dismissed ! Another time for driving with a suspended driver's license and the result was another dismissal. In Family Court Attorney Bolio made sure I was able to see my son ASAP after a bad break up with my son's mother , in which she tried keeping my son away. When I was looking for an attorney to represent me in my divorce, Jason Bolio was recommended to me by a family member. I hired him based on his reputation of being an excellent criminal defense attorney. My case was a trying one, as it was complex and very unfriendly. Mr. Bolio was on top of everything from the beginning and stayed with it through the process. I found him to be brilliant, personable and passionate about what he does. He answered every concern I had promptly and with complete respect. I have told anyone who will listen and I will continue to say that my attorney and his team were the one saving grace in a very bad time in my life. I will never be able to thank him enough for what he did for me.

In all my 24- years as a criminal defendant I have never felt the impact of justice being served on my behalf, until I had Attorney Bolio represent me. In both cases he represented me the result was the same: "Dismissed." My last charge was "Manufacturing of Class D" , and even while being on probabtion , he was able to get the case dismissed and I didn't get my probation violated. Attorney Bolio kept me well informed and updated while active on these criminal matters; we met on countless occasions at his Dedham office. I hired Mr. Donovan to represent me on a speeding ticket matter in Quincy in August 2013. It took the Magistrate less than a minute to find me not responsible after listening to Mr. Donovan's presentation. At least 25 people were called ahead of me and many of them presented very similar argument to the one I had prepared in my head if I did not have an attorney. I had a great experience with Attorney Donovan. I was charged with two tickets on the Mass Pike for following too close and speeding. Attorney Donovan successfully helped me dispute both charges and I was found not guilty. I would definitely recommend him.

Attorney Donovan recently assisted me with a motor vehicle violation. When I contacted him, he listened carefully to my concerns. He told me what to expect when having my ticket reviewed by the clerk. His advice was excellent. I was one of the only people that was found not responsible that day. His fee was reasonable and well worth the cost. I hope I don't need to, but would call Attorney Donovan again to represent me.

Patrick Donovan represented me in a traffic case which by all accounts should have never even gotten past the magistrate. He did an excellent job keeping me informed and helping me pick the best of several settlement choices. He saw the case through to the end we settled on and has always been available for questions. His flat-fee for handling cases is very fair since some cases can drag on depending upon the whims of the judicial system. I would definitely recommend him to any one involved in a traffic case with the state of MA.

Attorney Donovan represented me at a hearing for a speeding ticket I received last spring. When I got tickets in the past and tried to defend them myself the best result I could get was a reduced fine. Among other concerns, my auto insurance is already pretty high since I have a teenager with a jr. operator license on it. I didn't want to take the extra hit on my premium over the next few years. After Attorney Donovan explained my circumstances to the the clerk and had her review my past record, she found me not responsible for the ticket. It was the best result I could hope for! Money very well spent considering what he saved me with the cost of the ticket and, in the long run, the increased insurance premiums I faced.
