Jaye represented me for an alimony complaint that was initiated by my ex-wife who wanted to increase alimony and child support payments. Jaye was very professional and well-informed on the new alimony reform laws and the child support laws. The opposing attorney insisted on settling on an amount that was not fair or just. Jaye advised to go to pretrial and was well prepared for the pretrial hearing. Basically, the judge agreed on our position and the complaint was dismissed. I need to return to court within 2 years to revisit the alimony amount and I will request Jaye to represent me. Highly recommended.

Jaye is amazing! From the first meeting until the final judgement Jaye was on top of every detail. She kept me in the loop on everything that was happening, answered every question and informed me of all my options. I never once felt as though she didn't have time for me (which I have encounted with previous attorneys). Jaye was wonderful to work with. At our first meeting Jaye read through our summons and in clear laymen terms explained everything to us. She then went ahead detailing a plan for responding to the summons and all options available for filing our own modifications if we desired. Jaye worked with us to help make her services affordable.
