Attorney Lawrence Levin is a highly knowledgeable and dedicated attorney. Through several personal legal issues, he has proven to be exceptionally competent, knowledgeable of the law and very effective. He is an excellent negotiator and makes very strong arguments on behalf of his clients. I have referred numerous individuals to him on a variety of family and business law issues. He continually proves himself to be an excellent attorney. I would very strongly recommend attorney Levin and his firm for any of your legal challenges. I’m not sure about the entire firm, but dealing with one of their attorneys named Lawrence Levin was a mess. I was dealing with parking issues against my landlord, and I told him everything about my case, and he gave me specific instructions. Later, he then reneged on his advice after realizing that some of his requests were impossible to be fulfilled (i.e. he wanted the registry to write a letter for a private matter which , legally, they couldn’t get involved in). We decided to give him a chance by giving him only a deposit for his retainer fee, but he abruptly disagreed, and decided to no longer represent us! The interaction was rocky to begin with, and I gradually started to get the feeling that he didn’t take our case seriously. Fortunately, we were able to find a new attorney who is providing us with better service, and the case is still ongoing...

Honest..straight forward ..right to the point..communication was great.responded to questions and emails in a timely manner ...easy to get ahold of..would recommend to anyone and would use his services again ( hopefully I never need too again ..lol )

Attorney Levin has handled evictions for me for the last few years. He is very knowledgeable about the landlord/tenant laws and is always able to get results without having case drag on and on. I highly recommend Levin and Levin for any landlord.
