My experience with Patrick is that he is a true professional and one of the most effective lawyers I have ever come across. When it is go time at court, he is prepared, speaks with a dominant voice, and gets the best results possible for his clients. He is in high demand and is busy but gets back to his clients in a timely manner. I highly recommend Patrick and also recommend him to friends going through any issues.

Attorney Donovan was able to use his experience and expertise to get a great result for me as I appealed my speeding ticket in a local Boston court... Wanted to send a note on Patrick's exemplary service. I was fighting (what I felt) was an unfair traffic ticket. I hired Patrick to represent me in court and was fortunate to have the ticket taken off my record. I am so grateful to Patrick for his expertise in helping me resolve this problem. Prior to returning to the Military in 1990, I had some legal issues in the Plymouth District Court that remained open with 5 active criminal warrants for the last 24+ years. I am now 58 years old and have lived in the Tampa Bay area since exiting the Military. Recently and due to modern technology I was not able to renew my Florida Driver's License until I cleared up my legal issues in Mass. so that my Mass. driving privileges could be restored (Mass. License was suspended for failure to appear). Plus I have been carrying this monkey on my back for so many years and always feared getting pulled over and those old Mass. warrants popping up. I contacted Patrick Donovan's office the 1st weekend of August 2015. He immediately put the wheels in motion for me. I flew to Mass. the 3rd week of August, walked into court with Mr. Donovan and within 4-hours had all 5 warrants recalled and 4 of the cases dismissed. The 5th case was filed improperly by the Plymouth County Clerk of Court/DA's office so it had to be set for another date. Mr. Donovan got my appearance requirement waived so I wouldn't have to spend another $1000 for airfare, hotel and other traveling expenses. On Oct 16th - 2015, that case was also dismissed. A BIG thank you to Patrick. I would also like to comment on the efficient online communication Patrick has set up - very cool and very convenient.

Good afternoon, I hired Patrick to represent me for a moving violation infraction in Barnstable MA. I was pulled over by Massachusetts State Police with lidar doing 79 mph in a 55 mph zone. Originally when I first spoke with Patrick prior to appealing my speeding ticket, he provided me with a lot of knowledge and advice on how to successfully appeal my ticket. He directed me on what the first step of the appeal was, as well as the entire appeal process. I had planned on going to the court with Patrick but when the day of the hearing came up, I was unable to make an appearance. Patrick had told me he would really like my presence at the hearing as it greatly increased my odds of winning, however that was not an option in my case. He told me he would try his absolute hardest to appeal the ticket in my favor. I spoke to him shortly after the hearing with the GREAT news! He was successfully able to appeal my ticket. Not only did Patrick save me from having to pay for the speeding ticket, but he also saved me years of insurance increases. I am completely satisfied with Patrick's knowledge, professional skill and customer service. In the future, if I was to ever need a lawyer again I would definitely call Patrick Donovan!
