Matt did a phenomenal job helping Me through my foreclosure. He was always available whenever I had questions and understood what I was going through. I came to Attorney Desrochers for a chapter 7 for my wife. She was backed up with credit card bills, out of work for multiple years due to injury, and now getting sued by her creditors! Matt put all of that to rest, with a simple meeting with me and my wife. It took longer than expected due to my wife's busy schedule and having to deal with everything at home. I do not think I have enough room on this to write everything about Matthew T. Desrochers that I would like to write. First and foremost, my initial consultation a couple of years ago was probably the most effortless and informative meeting I had with any lawyer prior in fact, after spending thousands and thousands of legal fees over the years with various lawyers on various matters, Matt was the only lawyer that stood out and I remember after that session, I wished I had met him years ago. I had no question or concern paying him the retainer to start representing me on a real estate transaction. Since that day, I literally go to him for every legal matter regardless of his focus. A few instances, he consulted me without even taking a dime to the point that I practically pushed him to please charge me. That being said, he is well worth his fees and then some and I joke with him all the time that I am a lifer with him. I have hired him yet again for several transactions and have referred him to a few other family members as well and will continue to refer him. My only concern with attorney Desrochers is loosing his time to many other satisfied clients :) I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!

After 2 years of failed negotiations an associate strongly recommended I have Matt take over all aspects of my short sale. Unfortunately, I have had several experiences with bankruptcy in my lifetime.Life has had its challenges and with it a few incompetent attorneys and very difficult banks. After several reorganizations of our home loan this last time Bank Of America seemed unwilling to modify our loan one last time. I was desperate and turned to Matthew Desrochers. I had seen a tutorial video he did on Facebook a while ago and it was nice to see an old classmate who I haven't seen in over 20 years had made a successful life for himself. I reached out in desperation hoping his memories of me in high school were as favorable as my own. He listened and took what I said into careful consideration, then together we formulated a plan. 2 Months on a very fair retainer but no more than that and we will see where we are at that time. Just a few days after the 2nd moth the bank agreed to modify. They had already refused me twice and told me it was too late. (You can;t trust what the bank says). Matt got them to listen and even though they had modified the loan several times before Matt and his team got them to do it again. They even reduced the rate and my monthly payment. We couldn't be more thankful. As I said in the beginning I have used other attorneys in the past for bankruptcy issues. I know the first thing people think about attorneys that if you are not a big paying client that the attorney thinks of you as a small fish and treats you accordingly. I can unequivocally state that Matt is the EXACT opposite. I did not have a big legal matter but Matt treated me as if I was his biggest client. I have to admit that I am one of those clients that do want everything explained to me. Matt answered every single possible question I came up with. He ALWAYS either took my call right away or would get back to me as soon as he could if he was unable to speak to me at that moment. He communicated to me via text, email and phone. I felt he was always there for me. His bedside manner is impeccable. But dont think for a second that because Matt is great to his clients that he is a pussycat when it comes to fighting for his clients. He can be a pitbull if that is what he feels is necessary to protect your rights. In short, Matt is an attorney whom I would HIGHLY recommend.
