Denise was the third attorney who represented me, as the Personal Representative, in a highly contested and litigious probate estate that spanned 10 years. Unlike my prior attorneys who had represented me in this case, she was diligent in her representation and I found her to have the highest level of integrity and legal expertise. The case involved multiple beneficiaries, multiple attorneys and contests to the will and through it all Denise was steadfast. She was always focused on resolution and not on her economic bottom line. If you are seeking an attorney who will look out for your interests I would highly recommend her in the area of probate law.

I hired Denise after having a poor experience with a lawyer that was recommended through family. My father had passed away without a will and I needed to become the representative of the estate. After waiting 4 months on the other lawyer and taking time off from work to travel to Massachusetts to meet with him I hired Denise. In less than 10 business days she had me appointed as the representative of the estate. I also had to go through probate court for a license to sell my father's home and she handled that process even faster. You always hear stories that Mass probate court is a nightmare but Denise made the process seem easy and seamless (although I am sure she had to jump through hoops to get everything done so quickly). We conducted everything via phone, email and mail. She made a very emotional and stressful process manageable.

Denise assisted me during a very confusing and frightening time. I never had a question go unanswered. She was patient with questions and anxieties about the case. She clearly outlined everything she was going to do and was able to follow through with it all. She seemed to genuinely care about the outcomes and how they would affect my family. She was able to advocate for me with the other lawyer and succeeded in getting my family what we needed in a divorce and custody agreement. I feel my case was not an easy one. I had many questions and was very anxious. Denise had a caring attitude, always listened, answered questions efficiently and helped me maintain a positive outlook because of her confidence, and professionalism. Denise was of great help when i needed it most. I didn't know anything about Estate Planning, how a Trust worked, or how to correctly obtain a Will. At my age, widowed, and living off of my retirement I wanted to make sure that I would be treated with respect and that I could trust a lawyer with all my personal information. I did not want be taken advantage of because of my age and my apathy to these legal matters. Denise was kind, knowledgable, and a great teacher. Attorney Kent has assisted me with a couple of matters recently. First, I had a major problem with a large, well-known bank, an issue that was costing me sleep, not to mention thousands of dollars.
