Paul is one of the greatest attorneys I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He is a very aggressive attorney who will fight for you till the very end with his tuff negotiation tactics. I have enlisted his help two times once for an OUI and the other for an assult charge both of which he ended vary quickly and to my advantage. Paul R. I cannot recommend Attorney Paul Moraski highly enough. He came fully prepared and had researched my case impeccably. He also listened to me and read through my various notes on the case and took everything into consideration when presenting his case and cross-examining witnesses. He is firm without being obnoxious, able to adjust his approach on the fly based on testimony and the judge's temperament. He displayed a masterful understanding of the facts in a case that was a spiderweb of complications and managed to ferret out the facts through it all and he won what I think was a difficult case to win. September 2, 2016. I was happy to find Attorney Paul Moraski to help me straighten out a situation with the Court in Lynn, where an arraignment for my teen was supposed to come up, but we didn't know it. We didn't even know that we, as a family, had made a " formal complaint." Naively, we asked the Lynn police to send an officer. We thought, again naively, that we were "consulting" the officer and the police. Attorney Moraski was available THAT EXACT morning I was feeling panic about the miscommunication. He stuck with us through three appearances in court, hard on our teen ( a good lesson) and RESOLVED everything!!! He was always available, knowledgeable, efficient and EFFECTIVE.

Attorney Moraski efficiently facilitated not guilty findings on charges of OUI and leaving-the-scene, via a jury trial, which was completed in one day. The jury was able to reach their conclusions with about 20 minutes of deliberation, which I believe signifies virtually no uncertainty Prior to the trial, he had previously scheduled a compliance hearing, which correctly reduced the inital OUI charge from second to first offense, a key accomplishment, I believe. I would highly recommend him to anyone facing serious criminal charges. I found my way to him via a friend who was a previous satisfied client.

Paul is one of the most down to earth lawyer I've ever retained. I was in a horrible situation was on the run for months. I had charges pop up for 2013 and they were very serious charges and also the present ones I had. I got arrested on a Sunday by Monday my wife had retained him and he was there the next day fighting for me. He got me two years probation and 37 days in jail. Which in all reality I should have done at least 2 years on just for one of the charges!! He also got me my medical marijuana prescription granted in Newburyport District court with me being on prohabtion. Paul is the man I would never recommend anyone else BUT him. Paul you’re the MAN! Attorney Paul Moraski represented me in an OUI case...horrible situation. Paul was the first attorney I found and immediately got a great vibe. He kept me calm throughout the entire case and thoroughly walked me through the process. Even though I was in a ditch, Paul stayed on his game and built the best defensive case I have ever seen. When it comes to offensive I would call him the "Tom Brady" of attorneys (you have to see him in action). He is also very popular in the Salem court house and is well respected by others there. I was recently in a nightmarish situation with a horrible neighbor. We are talking about two years of loud parties, her non-tenant boyfriend was a drug addict and dealer, and also their menacing dog which was an abused rescue dog ...and barked 10 hours a day or more. It was a total nightmare for myself, a Disabled Veteran, and my son. Eventually the neighbor and her boyfriend made threats of bodily harm to me in front of my son when they found out I complained to the landlord. I consulted with Attorney Moraski and he immediately put me at ease. His demeanor both during consultation and in court was very reassuring. Within the space of 2 court appearances, Attorney Moraski was able to secure not only a no harassment order against the boyfriend for me, but now both the neighbor and the boyfriend are moving out by the end of this month. I can't begin to describe the level of relief and peace of mind I had once that occurred. Attorney Moraski takes care of his clients and I would recommend him to anyone in need of legal assistance.
