When someone mentions the word integrity the name of Paul R. Moraski comes to mind. My husband had a few cases out of the state of Massachusetts that originated 15 yrs ago. At that time he didn't know a bit of english & his public defender told him to plead guilty to charges he was not guilty of. So he put his trust into someone that didn't have his best interest at heart. The judge sentenced him to probation. My husband moved from the house he was living in, so he didn't receive the paperwork from the judge. While residing in another part of Massachusetts he caught 2 more cases. He then moved out of state and forgot about those cases 15 yrs ago until last year. He was reminded of his past that he left in Massachusetts. I called one of the cities to see how we could take care of these old warrants. We were able to pay the fines & spoke to his p.o. from 15 yrs ago. He had no problem releasing my husband from probation. But also let us know about the 2 cases we would have problems with. That being said he referred us to Paul R. Moraski, a lawyer that could get the job done. I called Paul's office number where we spoke about my husbands past & what steps to take to hopefully get them dismissed or at least just pay the fines. Paul notified us of one of the cases being a hard one to beat. But we put our faith into him & his advising. One of the judges had it OUT! for my husband. This case got carried out for over a year. Paul is a lawyer you want on your side. He kept us updated at all times, he was always honest & straightforward with what outcomes might happen. We took a chance with another judge that sat in for the judge that had it out for my husband. Paul made sure that we didn't have to leave the state & travel to Mass. for court. He got the charges dropped & we paid fines. The third case we hired him again & with his magic dismissal & no fines. Justice can be served & that's what Paul R. Moraski will do for you. I've dealt with other lawyers in the past & none of them can compete with Paul. He genuinely cares about his clients, non-judgemental, & thorough. We were blessed to have Paul enter our lives when he did.

Do you want the truth the whole truth and nothing but the truth? Well, that is not what my son and I heard today spew from his probation officers mouth. She wanted to eject him from drug court and have him do his suspended sentence of 2 1/2 years when she had evidence that he did not violate his probation. Imagine an officer of the court, under oath fabricating the truth? Well, Attorney Moraski countered her evidence with ours and proved to the judge that things did not happen the way she said they did! The judge gave us what Attorney Moraski asked for and my son will walk out on his own from jail in a few weeks. Attorney Moraski was diligent, professional, and performed in an outstanding manner today. He had listened to my son's story before the court date and did not judge him and thus took his case. My son will never have to deal with the injustice that she tried to serve on him today. Thank you Attorney Morask, you are an amazing attorney, and anyone will be lucky to have you come to their defense.
