I hired Monique Lamb to represent me in a divorce. During the initial meeting she outlined the steps she would take to try and resolve the case for a flat fee. She stated if the case could not be resolved, an additional fee would be due for trial. In the 8 months leading to a trial, she took no action to prevent a trial, and took none of the steps indicated in our meeting. Requests for information, meetings and updates on the case were not responded to. I was given incorrect dates, times of meetings and 50% of court documents were riddled with errors.

She was late, or didn't show. Didn't even meet with me prior to the pretrial conference. Communication was terrible.

Attorney Monique Lamb handled my divorce in an efficient and professional manner. I would highly recommend her services. It was a difficult situation for me to go through and Attorney Lamb helped me stay calm along the way. It is a highly emotional time for both sides and Attorney Lamb assisted me in realizing I needed to look at the big picture and what would be best for the future of my children. I feel the final settlement was fair for both sides and Attorney Lamb was key in negotiating the settlement. Monique and her husband Joe were very compassionate and understanding of my particular situation and I can't thank them enough for that.

I left a message and she was very prompt in her return phone call to me, which was a pleasant surprise to begin with based on my experiences with other legal council. She was very clear, honest, practical and reasonable from the very beginning, explaining to me what my rights were and offering sound advice. Even though my case turned into something larger, she never missed a beat and handled my case like a true professional. She is always prepared, always gets back to me in a reasonable amount of time, and always made me feel comfortable and like I was in great hands. She not only knows the law, but she also took time to get to know me and my personal case. Her fees were very reasonable and fair as well. I would recommend Attorney Lamb to anyone going through something like this, and will definitely use her in the future, should the need arise.

I went to Attorney Lamb for a custody/visitation suit, which just ended with my desired outcome a few days ago. I could not be more satisfied with the job Ms Lamb on behalf of myself and my children. These types of cases are taxing emotionally, physically and financially and Monique was able to reduce much of that damage for my family. Although I was impressed by many factors in Monique’s litigation, I was most calmed by her knowledge of the law and abilities in the courtroom. In my experience Monique was always prepared, always available when I needed her and always ready to take guidance from me, understanding that it was my case and that I was the one who knew these children’s needs the best.
