Patrick was a great attorney. He helped my husband and I every step of the way through our case. He explained anything we didn't understand & helped us exactly in the way that we wanted, without ever making us feel like we were under pressure. Anytime we had to reach out to Patrick during our case with concerns (2 years) he got back to us within 24 hours with an answer. Anytime we needed any paperwork signed and weren't able to get to him, he came to us. Patrick is a great attorney and I would highly recommend him!

Paul stepped in to help my 19 year old granddaughter when a court appointed attorney bungled her case. Paul set forth a plan, provided us with confidence that he could clear her name and give her back her future. He was very responsive, did what he said he would do, and charged very reasonable fees. It took 2 years of abuse in the Essex County court system to punish her. Paul resolved her case and gave her back her life in 14 months. We cannot thank him enough.

I was wrongfully accused of a domestic violence charge, went to jail, next day i had court Paul shows up to represent me. Right off the bat i knew he was the one. I am so grateful that I found attorney Paul Moraski. I was involved in a minor accident over Labor Day Weekend and criminally charged with hit and run. Once I got the summons to court I couldn’t sleep because a conviction would’ve possibly ruined my career. I spoke to 3 lawyers before Paul, and frankly they made me even more stressed as they seemed sleezy, and I could just tell they were trying to milk me for whatever they could and didn’t really care about my actual problem. One of them had a great strategy - he said you should hire me and just “throw yourself at the mercy of the court”. Yes, he actually said that and wanted to charge me good $$ to go with that well thought out plan; this after I explained about 90% of what was on the police report was inaccurate. Anyway, when I finally spoke to Paul (minutes after I filled out a form on his website) he had great ideas on strategy within seconds of hearing what happened, and was upfront about everything - process, probable outcomes, and costs. He also seemed very trustworthy, and after I met with him in person my mind was completely at ease. End result was the best outcome possible - court magistrate dismissed, and this was with police representation that was there not really wanting to go that way. Besides from being highly intelligent and ultra prepared, I could tell Paul is very well connected and respected very much by the people at our hearing. I had an oui charge n the case got dismissed in the first day of trial n in only 6 court appearances.
