At the very first meeting with Attorney Spano, we knew we had chosen the best law firm to help us through our father’s estate. He explained to us in detail what needed to be done and offered a lot of great advice on how to handle other aspects of the estate. Everyone at the firm was very professional and their customer service was outstanding. We definitely will be going to Spano and Dawicki for future legal needs.

Steve Spano walked my wife and me through the process of establishing trusts, explaining everything throughly and clearly in down to earth language. Our meetings with him were never rushed and he answered our questions perfectly. The planning process and final trust documents addressed every conceivable contingency, most of which we would never have thought of ourselves. We cannot imagine anyone providing a more perfect and user-friendly experience. The final trust documents included clear explanations of the various components and how to incorporate assets into the trusts. The superlative attention to details, professionalism, friendliness, and work ethic exhibited by Steve and his staff were outstanding. We consider ourselves very fortunate to have engaged their services.

During our one hour consultation with attorney Spano we had many questions about how to proceed through the tangled web of rules and regulations surrounding our future finances towards our children, especially our youngest daughter who we have adult guardianship of. The radio is full of lawyers ads telling you that you need an irrevocable trust. We used Spano and Dawicki for many years and recently went back to them for some guidance about irrevocable trusts. Once Stephen explained the potential danger with an irrevocable trust, we decided against it. He could have easily left out the dangers and sold us an expensive plan that would have made him a lot of money and that would have made us, and we would have been none the wise about what he did. But, he didn’t. He gave us unbiased advice that helped us determine what was in our best interest. He told the truth and saved us a lot of money, and possibly saved us from ending up in a nursing home.

I did not have a good experience. I do not recommend.
