Kenneth is not somebody I recommend. I wasted my $100 and time for getting no info about the case. He handed a document which was written on lawyer's language and denied to explain me. Told me to read and call next day. I had no choice and called him next day, but he yelled at me that, I have to hire him to get any piece of info. Basically $100 charge consulted me by yelling that I need to pay for any info. Very bad service. I regretted for this type consultancy.

Kenneth helped evict our difficult tenant and get our house back in good time. I was rude to have sprung the case on him last minute, but he was very accommodating and worked towards our advantage. He was upfront and honest about the costs right from the beginning. I found him to be a great communicator, knowledgeable, and professional. He made sure to call and check-in periodically during the whole process. I really appreciated his straight forwardness and guidance. I am glad we had Kenneth on our side, thank you!

For the past two years I have found Vining Law Office to be an invaluable resource for legal representation. I've been using Vining Law for my Landlord work for a little over a year - Ken and his team have helped me navigate a number of tenant issues with incredible customer service, knowledge and experience. They've saved me many sleepless nights. His P&S work is also quite good and his fees are very reasonable.
