I was able to get the homeowner service I needed with minimal effort on my part, aside from the in person review and signing of paperwork. Atty Argenio was thorough and patient, answering all of my questions and explaining each document to my satisfaction. This is my third real estate based transaction with Atty Argenio and his legal assistant Pattee over the past 10 years or so, and I have been very pleased with their work! I highly recommend this law firm for real estate needs.
