I used Goldsmith, Katz & Argenio for a few different leases for my business. Jon Goldsmith helped with the negotiating and signing of 3 different leases, helped me navigate getting out of leases for covid, wrote leases for me, and continues to support me with the ins and outs of running my business. He responds quickly, is thorough, is non intimidating (I feel like I can ask any questions), and is trustworthy. I'd recommend him to absolutely anyone. I'm so grateful for all of Jon's help and I can't say enough good things.

One of the The Best in the Business! Attorney Thomas Argenio is extremely professional and personally reaches out to All of his client's- Buyers and sellers to explain the process. Pattee is on top of the file from start to finish and in between. She Always goes above and beyond to get the deal done.. And makes a habit of returning calls and emails quickly!
