I had the good fortune of meeting Attorney Harris and although I was on the opposing side, I must admit I was impressed with his demeanor and professionalism. Attorney Harris is an intimidating and articulate individual. I would not hesitate to retain him in the future.

I am an African American woman who hired Attorney Arnold J. Lizana to assist me with addressing racial discrimination in my workplace. When I explained my situation, he validated my concerns and empathized with what I was going through. I also appreciate that he is passionate about his job defending employee rights, and compassionate towards his clients. What I most appreciate about Attorney Lizana is his flexibility and empathy for employees. While most law offices operate on the a typical nine to five work day, he made himself available in the evenings and weekends, which was a great convenience for me considering I work third shift. Hello, I am glad to have hired Attorney Arnold J. Lizana to address the bias and unfair treatment that came with my being pregnant and my being a minority as well in the work place. My job was trying to get me to sign papers I should have not signed which is what pushed me to hire him. As a pregnant woman I was not sure what my rights exactly were, and he made them clear. Having him as my attorney made the entire process somewhat less stressful and it gave me the assurance I needed. Arnold J. Lizana was a great advocate on my behalf and his strong ethics were made apparent through his work. His open line of communication caused me to feel that there was a good balance between his being a counselor as well as an attorney. Due to his open line of communication, I was able to share information openly, honestly, and at any time. When speaking, Arnold J. lizana used terms that were easy for me to understand which was very meaningful to me. He also made himself available to conference calls at my own convenience. He is a well experienced civil rights attorney and comes highly recommended.
