Mr. Sneirson returned my calls promptly after leaving him a message. He heard and took my case over the phone, received calls and a physical Meeting all within the week. I made a stupid mistake that got me in trouble, and since I didn’t have any record prior to this I was really scared and filled with anxiety. Joe took the time to walk me through the process and was extremely professional and caring throughout the whole process COVID and all.
