Handled my case and my dissability with a sweet and gentle mannered while remaining proffesional. Has a down to earth relaxed aura about her instead of the "I'm a lawyer you are gum on my shoe money bags" haha. Oh and good sense of humor too. Got everything done fast just needed to sign sign sign and done.
