I have used Attorney Sanborn for 3 times for Real Estate transactions. He is very professional and timely with his work and communication. I would highly recommend him next time you need a Real Estate Attorney. He also does estate planning, wills, etc.

David was very understanding and professional. This was our first time having to hire an attorney and given the situation with our case, I truly believe we could not have won without him. Mr. Sanborn successfully represented my family in a landlord/tenant dispute. I found him to be very easy to work with and professional in his interactions.
