I could not have had a better attorney. Ray and his staff were very honest from the very beginning. Ray was able too secure a good settlement for me. But, this was not about the money for me. This was about keeping my honor and integrity, this was about being treated unfairly and working in an environment that was very hostile simply because I am a person of color. This employer allowed and condones this culture that has always been and norm for this institution. This was about trying to change the culture because this type of racially discriminatory behavior should not be acceptable. Ray understood this and he never tried to convince met do anything that I did not believe was right. Ray truly cared about what this fight meant to me. If you are looking for a lawyer that will always be honest with you, genuinely care about your opinion, and what you think? Attorney Dinsmore helped when three other lawyers refused my daughter's case. My daughter has disabilities and was discriminated against while employed. I contacted the first firm, who said they weren't able to take the case....They recommended another firm they felt might help my daughter. In dealing with professional issues last year, I hired a big legal firm in Boston, and then used Ray for the employment law component of the case. Without going into detail, I can say that I got incredible results from Ray (and not so great results with the expensive Boston firm). At stake was $15,000 of Unemployment Benefits that my unscrupulous former employer was contesting. Attorney Dinsmore recently helped me win my unemployment insurance.
