Joe asked all the right questions to get us in the best family planning situation based on our needs. Very thorough and patient with people not familiar with the process.

My sister has two special needs sons and needed to establish an estate plan that provides for her children after she passed away. Joe's knowledge on special needs planning and his ability to explain what was needed in why in layman's terms was amazing. The plan he created was very comprehensive to include a structure for my daughter, who will be my nephew's guardian, after both of our deaths gave us confidence my sister's children will be properly taken care of after her death.
