A very knowledgeable and an efficient Estate Planning attorney. We have worked with other Estate Planning attorneys in the past but no-one can match Joseph Lento's knowledge and a genuine willingness to help the clients. He personally worked with us and spent enough amount of time to make sure that we understood the estate planning process and the legalities mentioned in the planning documents. Also, his fees are very reasonable compared of other boutique specialized law firms. He is one of the best attorneys I have worked with so far. I had an option through work for "cheaper" legal services, online or with a local attorney. After doing some research, on estate planning, that we had been procrastinating on for years, we decided to go with Joseph Lento after reading reviews similar to this. Joe made the process simple, stress free and straightforward, answering all of our questions via phone or email. An initial office meeting to go over what we were looking for, Will/Trust/HCP & POA, we then received drafts via email for our review and the second office meeting we wrapped everything up, done and no stress! After losing my husband in August of 2022, I had let slip getting my own will and trust completed. A foot surgery got me moving and Joe had all my paperwork done before I hit the operating table! I had already mapped out what I wanted done with my assets, but he provided alternative options with understandable explanations.
