Ms. Crow took my call immediately, listened to a brief summary of the situation, and provided clear, concise points for me to consider during the discussion. We agreed that I would provide subsequent follow-up. Ms. Crow’s suggestions were excellent, the call was successful, and I hired her to represent me in negotiations; the matter was resolved in my favor.
