Dealing with SKM Title Company during our recent home closing was a frustrating experience marked by incompetence at every turn. From missed deadlines to inaccurate paperwork and even a major error that delayed the issuance of our proceeds check, they consistently failed to fulfill their basic responsibilities. Their lack of communication with our very competent attorney left us feeling uninformed and anxious throughout the process. Overall, our interaction with SKM Title Company was disappointing and highlighted significant areas in need of improvement. DO NOT use this company!

Buying our first home without using a realtor was a bit nerve wracking. However, Adrienne Arnold had our best interest in mind and made the whole process remarkably smooth! Couldn’t recommend her any louder.

Terrible exp dealing w Justin Bobo. I was the seller he rep the buyer. Supp to overnight check to me. A week later finally got it. They screwed up. He should refund me the $35 overnight fee I payed as well as interest I lost.

SKM Title & Closing Services' Gordon C. Kwok was outstanding! Due to the excellent communication between Gordon, my agent, and the loan officer, I only received two calls during the process. He earned our trust, and my husband and I are glad we did. They made sure we were on time or even ahead of schedule at every turn. Even so, we were able to close more than a month early. Gordon gave us a thorough explanation of everything, and I appreciate that he was able to complete our closing disclosures in Spanish. Gordon and the group come highly recommended from me! It is evident that he collaborates with a wealth of experienced industry experts. This is my second purchase, and it is in no way comparable to the chaos of my first. Additionally, I discovered something new this time around that highlights the value of a good lawyer for anyone purchasing a home, regardless of any past experiences. I am quite grateful that my agent and loan officer recommended SKM to me. And thank you SKM for the flowers; it was a beautiful touch for a day that is significant to all buyers.

Sad excuse of an office. Lawyers went ghost last minute days prior to closing. Almost lost our house. Stay away from this office if you don’t want headaches. Justin bobo is a terrible professional.

Absolutely horrible experience with this closing company. Everything with them was last minute and were asking for letters and documentation from lenders less than 12 hours before the closing. They then didn't review documentation prior to closing and refused to wire funds. When we finally went on record, they withheld distributing funds and stopped responding to calls and emails. Absolute nightmare to deal with. Never do business with this company.
