My Wife and I had such a great experience working with Kaveh at SKM in the closing of our townhouse! He is always responsive, helpful, professional and a pleasure to work with. I will use Kaveh when selling/purchasing any future homes and recommend him to all!

I’ve partnered with SKM on three transactions now - selling my first home, buying my second, and purchasing an investment property. My experience was consistent every time - SKM was professional, polite, responsive, extremely knowledgable, and happy to clear up areas of confusion (P&S language) and explain importance. I was particularly impressed during our most recent transaction, when Kaveh made a house visit to help us meet a tight deadline. If he does the same for you, be sure to feed the man! There is an unavoidable stress every time you buy or sell a house. Luckily I’ve had peace of mind with this part of the process. Looking forward to continued partnership with SKM.

It was a great pleasure working with Elizabeth Valdez to represent us on closing the property on 40 myrtle ave, fitchburg ma 01420. It took us longer than expected due to the current conditions of housing market as well as our finance situations for the first time home buyer expectations. SKM’s team went above and beyond to make sure our closing happened on time. They were extraordinarily responsive and quick, and their staff is personable and helpful. Our closing deadline was very short, with complexities around the appraisal, and without SKM we would have lost the deal. We will definitely use them again!

***SELLERS BEWARE*** On day of closing, they notified our attorney that funds were transferred. Deed was then recorded. FIVE days later, funds still not transferred. Excuse after excuse (ranging from needing our full legal name and date of birth to process, to simply saying that they sent it on Friday and they don’t know what happened). Yesterday, they admit that the funds were never sent. This afternoon, they say that the funds were finally sent, but got “stuck.” Finally, at the end of business day, my attorney’s office receive a confirmation number of the wire transfer. Something shady going on over there. We will see if the wire transfer ever comes …
