We recently sold our home and used Kristen O’Rourke and her Paralegal, April, for the transaction. Everything about it was professionally conducted and very satisfactory to my wife and me. Both Kristen and April were very quick to reply to questions and concerns, in one case ( on Closing Day! ) I sent a question to them at 6:45am and received a detailed, comprehensive reply in under 30 minutes! In another, they were so in tune with our concerns that they were able to answer a question from the Buyer's attorney without bothering us at all and their response was perfect! We'd gladly use them again.
