Dear Attorney Chad O. Stroum, My name is Anna Cruz. I'm writing this to express my appreciation for the legal work he conducted, which led to my friends release. From the very first day that I met Mr. Strum in July 2024, he was appointed to represent my friend that was in the custody of Eleanor Slater hospital for nine months after being falsely admitted there. And after one year of being in the Intake Service Center. Mr. Strom showed nothing but genuine care, concern, and professionalism attempting to get my friend released. Mr. Stroum immediately went into action. His honesty, confidence, and transparency showed that he could provide the attention the case needed and hadn't received prior. By the time August 30th came, my friend was released and back home where he belonged.
