My daughter, who is a minor, was in a horrible car accident on Halloween night as passenger in her friend's car. She was very lucky that day to be alive. God was on their side. Being a Mom and getting that phone call is one of the scariest things. I was in a car accident just days after Christmas and I didn't know where or who to go to. I'm extremely pleased to say that I'm very happy that I went with d' Oliveira!!! They're very professional and understanding and patient. I would highly recommend them to a friend.

This is my second time using d’Oliveira and Associates, and again they did not disappoint. “My team” Cara Gallucci, Esq. and Paralegal Kristen DiChiaro are literally a dream team. I, however, am an impossible client. I don’t check emails and never return calls in a timely manner, but they have always been patient and kind. This case in particular was difficult due to the fact that I was a passenger in a motorcycle crash and there is no PIP insurance for motorcycles in MA. Cara and Kristen managed to get all my medical bills paid with a sizable amount of compensation left over for me. I personally would never consider using anyone else for representation. Obviously, I am not hoping to have to need them again (because that would mean something bad has happened), but if I do need an attorney in the future, my call would be to them. Why settle for the rest when you can have the best?!!

My father in law Jeffrey Hankins, has nothing but good things to say about d'Oliveira & Associates. They were very helpful throughout his entire case, explaining everything thoroughly, and they were always available to answer any questions he had. They really go above and beyond for their client to ensure they are treated fairly. Would definitely use them again if needed.
