Alex was the best choice for a lawyer. He came into my very contested custody battle after I had a lawyer who overcharged and did not put the effort needed into the case. Despite this he was able to learn the case quickly and represent me extremely well. He responded quickly and worked very hard. As a result my restraining order renewal and custody battle were both won and I was extremely happy with the results.

Contacted Percy Law Group twice on separate occasions, once for elder law and once for copyright law concerns. No response for either. Then I was named a devisee in a will and notified by Melinda Kwart. I paid for an attorney NOT affiliated with Percy Law Group only to discover I was never a devisee at all, nor did they never apologized for this major blunder. When I first sought them out (prior to the will fiasco signed by Melinda Kwart) I accessed AVVO and was convinced by the high ratings. But after these THREE VERY POOR instances, I have no idea how Melinda or this group is getting such a high rating. I can only assume the source must be friends, relatives and coworkers. Steer clear.
