My entire 55 years of life, right from birth I have been blessed by the men and women of the medical field who have dedicated their lives for the better being of others. I have cheated death 3 times and have been told by 2 surgeons that after doing surgery on me they could not believe that I walked into the hospital that day on my own.given the conditions they found me in during surgery. March 2020 I came down with covid 19 both lungs completely full of phenomena, doctors couldn’t believe I was still alive ,immediately they had to put me into a self conduced comma. Upon putting me under the team of surgeons and other professionals told me they were only giving me a 5-15% chance to survive! They put me into a state of panic that I never will forget how it felt I never want to experience that again. Because of it now I have a very difficult time entering a hospital like 6 weeks ago because I couldn’t breathe and was suffering a left over side effect from the virus that comes and goes! You hold your breath as long as you can then imagine not being able to gasp for air! Paralyzing, panic, stricken, stressfu, level of fear that’s undesirable!!! ,then they put me under in seconds while I was trying to ask questions but couldn’t with the mask over my face! 3 1/2 days later I awoke and was able to survive and beat the virus! But not without the team of doctors once again telling me I should consider myself very lucky! When I see episodes of doctors on the news talking about how many people that they put into the same coma I was put into and they asked the same question I did, will I wake back up?? And the doctor says yes you will but we don’t when. Then they never did wake back up! It shakes me to my bodies core!! I live every day battling Chron’s disease,living with a pouch attached to my abdomen for bodily waste to go into after having emergency illeosteomy surgery 2010, colon and , large intestine removed, and rectum sewed up. Parkinson’s disease at age 40, osteoporosis from taking prednisone many years to treat Chron’s.and entire spine put together with titanium pins rods and plates, 6 surgeries in total within a year then 2 more surgeries to follow a few years later to take out 7 inch sections of titanium rods and pins that fell to the bottom of my back because my detereating bones were to soft to support them. The doctors can’t do anything else and at any time I can become totally paralyzed if something lets go. Prostate cancer at age 53,, Osteoarthritis through out entire body, Neuropathy and Severe spinal stenosis throughout entire body i had 5 hernias and 3 blockages removed from my abdomen around my stoma and osteomy pouch, another emergency surgery done last year, that’s how I contracted the virus. I spent March and April in the hospital last year and then 4 weeks in May in rehab!! All of my doctors have stressed how important it is for me not to get sick because my immune system is so broken down that it would be rwice as hard for me to overcome it! I’m still here! By God’s grace! I live with pain 24/7 that Tramadol, Gabapentin, doxazosin , cyclobenzaprine, imbrija and oxycodone can barely keep up with daily This is why I have such a high level of respect for these professionals and ones like Attorney Eric Levitt as well. He is right there with the top of the field, the best of the best! One of the finest professional Attorney/human being you will ever find . Caring, knowledgeable, very giving of his own personal time when you need help. Although my case is not completely finished, I have no doubt that everything will be taken care of because of Attorney Levitt’s high level of knowledge and skills.
