READ THIS IF YOU LIKE MONEY!! If you are a business and you choose any other law firm (from MA to NY to FL) you are making a mistake; and it will end up costing you thousands and thousands of dollars. In my case after my 5th or 6th attorney i finally took the advice of the richest guy in my town and went with Percy Law. They are now our sole attorneys for $1.6M in holdings; and we trust them EXPLICITLY, as our net worth would be only $300k had they not helped us get our legal & financial structure perfect prior to each acquisition we've made. Percy built our financial team for us that we continue to use in our 5th year of operation. Prior to having a good attorney I went thru 6 different firms; some were too timid, some unbelievably rude and costly. Percy strikes a balance that you WILL NOT FIND ANYWHERE ELSE. I guarantee that, and if you can prove me wrong I will pay you $100. Melinda Kwart is our account rep and she is like a friend that's also a legal expert. That is how dealing with your attorney should be; calling a friend that is there to help you; someone to suggest ways things are possible, provide positive insight, etc. not gouge you for cost, present negative information or become frustrated with the intricacies of your situation (as most other attorneys will do). Percy says YES where others say NO, they are not afraid of complication, they are not timid or weak. Percy will stand up and fight for you when you need it, and you will see at that time the true difference between this attorney and others. Percy may be the last old-fashioned law firm on the East Coast, and although i honestly don't want them taking on more accounts (other than mine) they deserve every good review, and YOU (reader) deserve the best attorney that will take care of you and help you succeed in each of your efforts. In summary, thank you Melinda and Percy. You guys are like the Belichicks & Bradys of all things legal! I appreciate your strength in negotiations and contract writing. Also thanks for all the help financially from your CPA/friend Peter Roache @ Donellon Orcutt Patch Stallard; a very well-advised team member.
