Attorney Cleary handled my elderly dad’s affairs on several occasions and they were professional and extremely helpful to my dad. I have never needed a lawyer before, and had no clue. Cohen and Cleary was recommended to me. Mr. Cleary called me the same day after I left a message with the secretary. Most of my interactions were with Carly LaCrosse. She was prompt, professional and was patient in explaining all the details. Having to get a lawyer isn't fun but they all were helpful and so friendly.

Excellent experience working with Tom Cleary, Jake Rodgers, and Jillian Boughner at Cohen & Cleary, P.C. while assisting a family member navigate difficult decisions in their elder years. I have been very impressed with the staff at Cohen Cleary, P.C. I live out of state and have a very busy schedule. They have been so patient with me, but stay on top of me to make sure that we meet any & all deadlines. Everyone is very helpful and kind.
I would certainly recommend them for assistance with any legal filings. They were quick & efficient and even our court date went smoothly, I was able to fly in/out of MA back home within 36 hours. It was so smooth.
