First I want to thank Brian for all the hard work he put into my case. Brian was incredibly knowledgeable, diligent and very responsive. I recently worked with Brian after being laid off. I was concerned about some of the terms my prior company was asking me to sign up to in the severance agreement and decided that I wanted to consult an attorney. Brian was very informative and helpful right from the start. We worked together to craft a strategy, bearing in mind that I wanted to remain on good terms with my previous employer. Brian handled all of the communication and negotiating on my behalf and in the end the harshest language was removed from the agreement, some mutual terms were added and the compensation package offered was increased substantially!
