James Juliano’s incompetence as our closing attorney by misinterpreting the defined easement on the property has us named as defendants in a lawsuit and we are looking at about 30k in legal fees now to protect our property- Juliano ghosted me and my husband and won’t even send us our real estate file so we show everything to our litigator and we have court March 28th - we put our trust in him and we are devastated now
