When I first contacted Margaret Cross, I received a return call the next day. From our first conversation, I felt extremely comfortable. When we first met to discuss my Trust, I knew I made the right choice. Margaret was extremely welcoming and her knowledge of this area was obvious. Margaret was an amazing, patient, confident and competent guide throughout this process. She is a great listener and her expertise was quite evident. I have been working with another estate attorney on an irrevocable trust for my mother and had a question my attorney didn’t know the answer to and told me to call a CPA. That didn’t seem right to me and through a referral, I called the Beliveau Law Group. I spoke with Margaret Cross Beliveau and she not only took the time to listen, but asked me to email the trust documents the other attorney drafted and was able to answer the simple question that had stumped my attorney while we were on the phone. Margaret was personable and a pleasure to talk with. She generously gave of her time, not once, but I called her later a second time and she clarified another issue for me. She was well versed in the law and clearly is experienced. I asked her how long she has been practicing and she shared with me it’s been 22 years. When it’s time for me to need more legal help with my mother’s estate or Medicaid planning issues, Margaret is who I will be calling.

David and his staff were very thorough, professional and knowledgeable creating our trust. David gave us good advice and answered all the questions we had during the process.
