We used Matt in the closing of our home. He made the process a breeze! We are new to Massachusetts, and the process is a lot different out here then where we purchased our first home. Matt was patient with all of our questions and ensured we were set up for success.

Matt and his team were wonderful to work with! Closing on our dream home during a pandemic was certainly not what we had envisioned, and yet it couldn’t have been easier. From the start through the closing, Matt was very responsive and answered all of our questions – even when I had a momentary freak-out about wiring such a large sum of money. They have a few different offices, so it made it really convenient for our closing – held in the parking lot no less, so everyone felt safe.
