Excellent legal work and advice!

We retained Margolis Bloom & D'Agostino in 2017 to prepare wills, trusts and health care proxies for us and worked with Tricia D'Agostino. In 2021, we decided we needed to make some changes and returned to the firm to prepare the appropriate documents. The firm and Ms. D'Agostino were very professional, pleasant to work with and answered any questions that we had. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing this type of work.

Handled setting up a trust for one child. Did the work professionally and little need of my time. There was a bit of confusion on billing which was resolved quickly. All in all would recommend them in the future.

Patricia at MBD was my father's lawyer. For his HCP, POA, and will, she did fine. I reached out to her Feb 28th regarding my father's decline and the implications for his home. My email was not responded to for 3 weeks. Christel, her paralegal, is great to work with, ensured me she would follow up with Patricia. Unfortunately I did not get a follow up from her until March 16th. By the 18th, they had my $3k retainer and I had to follow up on the 23rd, which was not responded to until the 26th. I was asked if 4/11 would work, and I replied that he may not be alive by then. I replied to the email 20min after it was sent. That following Monday, the 28th, I had to find a new lawyer, and delays in finding the original POA (it was found by 4pm on the 30th) prevented us from the deed transfer before his passing. He died that evening. Her callous mistakes, lack of transparency with her schedule or ability to help, and dismissiveness of my assertions have cost me $45k in taxes now due 9months from the date of death. I hope this one makes her lose sleep

I hired Michael Cosentino to help me with a litigation issue. He is the consummate professional. The situation was highly charged and difficult to navigate for me but I knew from start to finish that I was in excellent hands. I'm extremely positive about our outcome. I look forward to working with him and his firm in other day to day matters.

The Macaroni and cheese, collard greens, chicken tenders was delicious. The ribs I didn't really care for it just didn't have enough taste to me.

Harry Margolis is a highly-experienced estate planning attorney. He is specifically qualified to advise families with special needs children. He is also a pleasant person, who welcomes people warmly, and who listens compassionately to their requests.

It was supposed to be an amicable divorce initiated by my ex-wife. It became clear that she wanted to set the financial terms based on what she thought was right. David was always calm and took some of the emotional elements out of the mix and focused me on the real terms. He was nonetheless a good listener and showed empathy while guiding me through the legal process. He shared with me some of facts he would have presented to a judge had the amicable process gone awry. But all in all David worked hard at moving a difficult process through to its conclusion with minimal acrimony. If you are looking to grind an axe I don't think he is the guy for you! Otherwise I would highly recommend him to anyone going through the inherently difficult and emotional challenging process of ending a union while minimizing the collateral damages. He will make the tough journey that much easier. He is really a good guy and a good attorney!
