I have now worked with Amy Weil in the purchase of 4 houses, and she is always AMAZING to work with!!! I find that her warm personality makes me feel like I am working with my sister... or favorite cousin.... She is professional, patient and explains everything in terms a non-financial person like I am can understand. She genuinely CARES about her clients and their protection, as well as making closings run smoothly. Amy is great about advising me early when I will need to have something ready for filing, without overwhelming me. It is also of HUGE value that Amy makes such complicated and, frankly, nerve-wracking transactions calm -- I always feel like she has my back, and I have nothing to worry about. She thinks of every little detail and executes all parts of the real estate transaction with precision. I would recommend her to everyone I know for real estate purchases!!!!!!

Lorri and her team handled an extremely complicated, litigious and politically charged case for me, involving custody of a special needs child and DSS involvement, against an abusive husband who was very well connected. She prepared meticulously and fought and negotiated through very difficult five day court trial and dozens of court appearances. I trust her implicitly and am forever grateful for her help. One could not have better legal representation for the sale of a house than just provided us from Kertzman & Weil. Every aspect of the filing, paper work, and contact with all parties was brilliantly handled. At various times, at least four members of their staff provided information and enabled our participation when needed. Further testimony to their excellence was a closing without any issues, and accurate, prompt, and thorough updates and summaries throughout the whole process.

Ms. Woodacre seems scattered and ill equipped to handle the complexities of divorce/family law. Wasn’t a great listener, and increased rather than decreased the stress level of an already sanctimonious situation. It’s worth spending the money on better representation.
