From start to finish my experience with the office was handled with decency and dignity. I have connected others with the office for services and in all case there was just as positive an outcome. I wish I could give this place (or at least my lawyer) no stars. She doesn’t deserve even one. So, I met with her initially before putting any money down and she was super nice, friendly- yet the type of woman you want in court fighting for you-the total package. So I signed the paperwork and came in for my follow-up meeting to a rude, mean woman. Not the friendly “total package” lady I’d met initially. She was a bully and even had me in tears at points. She made me feel so beneath her. She later (at our last appointment)even SMILED the entire time while telling me these horrible things that were going to happen to me (over a simple misunderstanding between her and I). I’ll never forget her huge grin, as if she were somehow finding immense joy in my pain. So after putting my hefty retainer down on her, a month or 2 later, she wanted MORE, or said she would have to resign from my case. I couldn’t afford anymore. And we hadn’t even gone to court yet or even set a court date. So she resigned from my case and took the rest of my retainer ($400+) to legally do so. If she had simply waited 2 weeks instead of jumping ship, I would’ve had a lawyer by my side at our hearing. Instead I stood alone and terrified. Thankfully my now ex husbands lawyer was GREAT. And, I might add, had a much lower retainer, to which he never had to add more to. If I could’ve gone back in time, I would’ve NEVER even agreed to see her. She showed me her true colors that last meeting: someone who was smart enough to become a lawyer but had no sympathy or heart for those she would be defending. Only wanted the money. If anyone asks me for a recommendation for a good lawyer-I will start by telling them NEVER to call/write/email/visit, etc this place (or at least Diana). Even my worst enemy I wouldn’t refer here,..... well, ok maybe I would.

I looked for a while to find the right attorney for me and my situation, Choosing to hire Tanya was the best choice I could have made! She was so sweet, and she fought for me like she was family, she was charming with a take no silly business attitude, and her knowledge alone about her craft is commendable! Her name will always be the first to refer to any person looking for an all around amazing experience!
