I had thought to register for an LLC on my own...however, I thought I should leave this to the experts and asked Paul for help.
Within 3 hours, my LLC was registered with the Commonwealth and I also have an EIN.

Mike was recommended to us by our realtor and I am glad that she did. Mike was transparent, informative, and responsive throughout the entire process. As a first time home-buyer, I was relieved to have Mike Robinson as my attorney. I was in a bind to try and close on my house in a short period of time and his responsiveness allowed me to do so. He is extremely professional and has great ability to explained legal jargon in layman's terms. He also provided pro's and con's of certain legal matters. I highly encourage anybody that is looking for a attorney to go through Mike. I will certainty be going back to him for any legal matters.
