We contacted Attorney Nealon for guidance on an unfortunate situation we encountered with our neighbors. The issue required quick action due to the pending sale of their property. Attorney Nealon was on site the following day assessing the incident and pulling together a team of technical expertise to develop hard data supporting our position. Attorney Nealon's knowledge of the law and Real Estate transactions allowed us to slow the sale until our issue was addressed. We expected litigation to last for several months however Joe successfully negotiated an agreement and resolved the issue within a few weeks. This saved us many hours of attorney fees and court time. i consulted att. fletcher re:modification of child support and father continuing to cover medical expenses for my daughter who is still in college. she was incredibly professional,very thorough before the consultation re the prior agreement,and researched further after the virtual consultation. she outlined,in writing, the data according to ma. law statutes and case review that would contribute to the anticipated outcome if the case went to court. i felt she let me make the decision as to how i wanted to proceed after being given this information. she was more helpful than my initial divorce lawyer. i now know she will be a wonderful asset if i need her for mediation,or trial. i would highly recommend her.
