You should talk to David before you put your house on the market so he can guide you through the process.

Although I haven't had a chance to personally use David's services yet, but have heard great reviews through my fellow business contacts. David is also a business colleague in various business settings. I have found him to be extremely knowledgeable in real estate dealings. Above all is full of integrity and honesty.

Joe was refereed to me by another client. I had a complex case and I lived out of State. Joe handled my case perfectly and took the appropriate steps to resolve my issue. People need to understand that court cases move slow, sometimes VERY slow.. Joe would contact me when new information was found or completed. Joe was responsive to emails and phone calls. Previously I had what I would describe as an average experience with my past divorce attorney; unfortunately my financial interests were not protected. When petitioned to court for additional, unreasonable financial support I searced for an individual who was not only going to represent me but also PROTECT me. I needed someone who would be straight forward and not waste my time or money. Attorney Nealon actively listened. He kept me clear on the realities of what he could do; In other words, If I went off on an emotional tangent, he would bring the focus right back to the legal issue at hand. Gentle redirection- never arogant or intimidating. He intervened on my behalf in ways I had not experienced from my previous attorney, always reaasuring me. He got the unreasonable request for additional financial support dropped. I did not even have to attend court. Currently Attorney Nealon is assisting me in Child Custody issues as well as the sale of the former marital home. Attorney Nealon has responded to every e-mail and every phone call as well as every request I have made. Attorney Nealon managed to get very abusive, uneccesarry communication from my ex-husband to stop. This alone is PRICELESS!!! I am MORE than confident in his recommendations and in his achieveing the goals at hand! I can honestly say I sleep better at night knowing Attorney Nealon is overseeing my interests.

I hired him in 06 for my divorce he never got back to me when I called. He promised me that I would make out, then he coward out when my EX wife hired "a really expenses lawyer look at it this way you did not pay much for me" really you get what you pay for. He does not know what he is doing event the court did not event know who he was. He is a joke.....event when he sent me a separation agreement.
