I am currently in the middle of a high conflict divorce. Made the wrong choice initially with legal representation for the first 5 weeks of the process. Now I know I am at the right place to guide me to get through this very challenging time in my life. Attorneys Heather, Marie, and Adam have been so thorough and helpful and we are battling back from the bad decisions made early by prior counsel. Chantal in the office is also so prompt and thorough. I cannot recommend this firm enough.

This past year has been the scariest year of my life and Lydia Field has made a horribly confusing and stressful year easier for me to deal with she defends myself and my children and made sure I understood the process of probate court! Any parents who need navigating through probate court and great legal representation I hope you hire Lydia! I'm eternally grateful for her help through this whole process.

Last year i was trying to acquire a business which it became very difficult because of the attorney i was using, and i end up walked away from the deal. I don't know how this firm has gotten such high ratings. It was because of these ratings that I chose to work with this firm, as well as when I read about the owner experiencing her own divorce. I thought this would be a place that would empathize with what I was going through. Well, this was not the case. I did the intake with the intake coordinator and explained I had a pretrial coming up in a few months. They sent me the papers to sign via email and asked for my deposit of $5,000. I was told that a lawyer would be put on my case, and I would be contacted. Well, I waited and waited and finally it was getting close to the pretrial, so I called to find out what was going on if anything had been prepared for my case. Low and behold, I get a call from the intake person claiming she forgot to forward my case to the Lawyer and that it was still in her inbox. She apologized and told me I would get a call from an attorney whose name was different from the initial one. She again apologized and had the original reach out. I was told that we could still move forward with the pretrial, but because certain things were not done already the judge may not hear the case. Of course, this made me very upset as this would cause a postponement and a reschedule which I knew would be a long time because of the courts. I asked to speak to the owner and got a call from someone else who handles complaints. She assured me she would pass the info on to the Owner, but I never received a call or an email from the owner. To make a long story short, my case was rescheduled for 6 months, and the attorney I had was not empathetic at all, I complained and was supposedly given a new one who never reached out by phone but sent an email to the portal which I never knew about. I could no longer take the ineptness of this firm, so I wrote a letter terminating their services, just to be told they would not refund my balance until I got a new lawyer to drop the new hearing and they would not release my records to take to a new firm. Well as of today months later they cancelled the new hearing and they still have not refunded my balance. They had no problem taking my money ASAP but didn't forward my case to a lawyer. I don't know if this is because I am a minority, I would hate to think this, but I feel I did not get the representation I deserved nor the response that they should've given after the situation. I just want my money refunded so I can retain another attorney who will represent me with integrity, empathy, and respect. Do your homework in person, don't rely on reviews and if it doesn't feel right, it's not right. PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY NOW THAT YOU HAVE WITHDRAWN THE MOTION FOR THE NEW HEARING!

I had nearly given up advocating for myself regarding a transfer of assets that my ex spouse was refusing to cooperate with. Lydia took the time to listen to me, and take the burden off my shoulders. We worked very well together. I felt understood and respected. She was an amazing advocate, and kept me updated throughout the process. At the end, my ex spouse eventually complied with our original divorce agreement. I know for a fact this would not have happened without Lydia's advocacy and determination.
