Attorney Robbins did an excellent job answering questions my wife and I had in regards to the legality of the easement on our property plot plan/quit claim deed. We would most certainly retain his services again for any future property questions we may have.

Mike offered great advice on a difficult real estate transaction. He took the time to read my contract, provide his professional perspective, and make calls to see what's going on. Excellent attorney, and it's apparent he cares and works diligently for his clients.

My husband and I have bought and sold many houses, worked with numerous closing attorneys and have seen first hand what a difference a good closing attorney makes. Michael was knowledgeable, had clear communication and kept us on track. He is professional and enjoyable to work with. The best part was our closing. It took 1/2 an hour from beginning until end and then we walked out with the keys in our hands! He made sure to have the documents that need to be recorded be signed first and then had someone send those in while we went through the rest of the paperwork. It was a dream and Michael was a gift. Mr. Nealon helped me negotiate a settlement for a situation with my newly-constructed home. It was a situation not many attorney's would have dealt with as it was unclear if the builder was at fault. I appreciated that Mr. Nealon was "on my team" and kept my best interest in mind as he talked to the builder and their legal representative. I felt the outcome was fair and the best solution for both parties. I could not have done that without Mr. Nealon's help. I did have a tough time getting ahold of him at first but once we met, he was in my corner and very helpful!
